Situated in a small community of 3 to 10 acre parcels physically so close to everything yet perceivingly so far away. The top of the mountain in the picture is the National Forest.

This property being so close to the National Forest is loaded with wildlife from the Pileated Woodpecker seen to the right, deer, bear and wild turkey. An occasional sighting of fox, bobcat and  coyote isn't unusual along with eagles and hawks flying around the valley below. All from our very large, 2nd level porch!
